With nominations now starting to come in, could people consider the 
format we asked for on the plenary list.  You do not need to send 
your nomination to <igov at tla.crepundia.net>, we are in the internal 
caucus phase.  But I think one thing to make sure of is to confirm 
that the person you are nominating agrees to have their name put 
forward and knows what they are likely to be letting themselves in 
for!

I sent the text below a while back to the plenary list. Adapt to fit 
the caucus please.

So far I think Avri is the only person who has sent all the info.
