Voto a Beatriz y a Enrique como nuestros candidatos.
También quiero proponer a Enrique Chaparro como nuevo punto focal
Olinca ha abandonado la función apra la que fue elegida en Ginebra en 
febrero de 2003 (entre los seis votos que tuvo en aquella priemra 
reunión del caucus, estaba el mío. Qiero decir que me ha decepcionado 
comp punto focal - nunca cumplio con la labor para la que la fue elegida 
- como persona y y vomo militante política. Una observación: no es un 
insulto recordar que hay personas que cobran de sus organizaciones. Lo 
sería, quizás realizar afirmaciones o insinuaciones acerca de las 
fuentes de financiación de esas organizaciones, algo que en este foro 
nadie ha hecho jamás.
La intención de pedir un reconocimiento oficial como representantes 
alternactivos de la sociedad civil de  nuestra región al restringido 
grupo de personas y organizaciones que firman la carta enviada por 
Olinca, sirve como manifiesto equivoco de un determinado modo de 
entender la acción política, tan propio de nuestros países
