In that case then, If you don't hear from Stuart in the next 90 minutes as
you stated, then I nominate David Leeming from the Solomon Islands.
If David does not want to, then I will nominate myself on the basis that I
will attend the WSIS prepCOM in February as head of delegation from Samoa.
See how small our countries are in the Pacific region? Decisions are easy to
make!!
