[Telecentres] Important: WGIG nominations mustbesubmittedbymidnight GMT

Hi Tai,

The only problem is that technically we can't nominate a government 
official for a civil society slot. :-( You would have to wear a civil 
society hat -- an affiliation with a NGO, etc.
